At NOVA, an experienced real estate coach will work with you one-on-one for a full year.  The first three months of coaching are the planning and implementation phase, where you will set your goals and develop a plan of action.  You and your coach will have weekly scheduled phone appointments to customize the program to fit your specific needs, including:

• Better financial performance
• More productive use of time
• More effective use of technology
• Greater results from comprehensive marketing strategies
• Overcoming personal obstacles standing in the way of your success.

In the last nine months, the focus shifts to maintenance and support—monitoring your progress and making course corrections to ensure that you are achieving the goals set forth in your plan.

During the entire year, you will have UNLIMITED ACCESS to the coaching staff by phone and email whenever you have questions or concerns.
